She specialises in non-surgical facelifts and is passionate about natural-looking results. Chrissie is an Aesthetics & Dermatology Clinical Nurse Specialist currently undertaking a MSc in Clinical Dermatology, and also performs minor surgery procedures at the clinic.

Pallavi was a GP partner in a large NHS practice for nearly 20 years, during which she also worked as a hospital practitioner in dermatology and led an NHS Community Skin Lesion clinic — treating and operating on thousands of patients with benign and non-urgent skin lesions, including low-grade cancers. She now practises as a freelance GP with special interests in dermatology — and tries to practise what she preaches when it comes to a healthy work-life balance.

Karen is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with a master's degree in Advanced Nursing Practice accredited by the Royal College of Nursing and a postgraduate diploma in Dermatology from the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland. She brings eight years of general-practice experience alongside substantial acute-hospital experience, and is qualified to undertake minor operations and manage a broad range of dermatological conditions and presentations. Karen is also qualified in minor-illness management and has a specialist interest in cardiorespiratory conditions.

Highly experienced in comprehensive physical assessments and tailored treatment planning, Liliana combines front-line clinical excellence with a warm, patient-centred approach.
